Terms & Conditions
By engaging South Australian E-Waste Services for collection, recycling, refurbishment, logistics or data destruction services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following general terms and conditions:
- Equipment provided for collection must be legally owned or authorised for disposal by the client.
- Collection times and service availability may vary depending on location, site access and operational requirements.
- Data destruction services must be requested prior to processing where certification or specific destruction requirements are required.
- While reasonable care is taken during handling and transport, South Australian E-Waste Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden faults or data remaining on devices not specifically requested for secure destruction.
- Equipment suitable for refurbishment or reuse may be processed through approved reuse pathways to reduce environmental impact.
- Non-recyclable or hazardous items outside agreed service scope may incur additional charges or refusal of collection.
- Payment terms, service inclusions and any applicable fees will be outlined in formal quotations or service agreements where applicable.
